By accessing or using the Zeyron website located at zeyron.us (the "Site") or any of our recruitment and staffing services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zeyron.

Use of Services

Zeyron provides recruitment and staffing services connecting job seekers with employers. Our Services are intended for professional use and may include direct hire placement, contract staffing, temp-to-hire solutions, staff augmentation, engaged search, and retainer search services.

You agree to use our Services solely for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.

Zeyron reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to both the individual user and that entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements or who have previously violated these Terms.

User Accounts

Certain features of our Services may require you to provide personal or professional information directly to our team. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree to notify Zeyron promptly if any information you have provided becomes inaccurate or outdated. Zeyron is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by users.

Any login credentials or access details provided to you are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your credentials.

Submissions & Content

By submitting a résumé, cover letter, work samples, references, or any other materials to Zeyron ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and share those Submissions as necessary to provide our Services.

You represent and warrant that your Submissions are accurate, that you own or have the right to share all content included, and that your Submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any applicable law.

Zeyron does not claim ownership of your Submissions. We will handle all Submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications from Zeyron, you consent to receive text messages related to our recruitment services, job opportunities, scheduling, and updates.

• 1. SMS Consent Communication: We will not share your phone number with any third parties for marketing purposes.
• 2. Types of SMS Communications: If you opt in to receive messages from Zeyron, you may receive texts about job opportunities, interview scheduling, application status updates, recruitment follow-ups, and general service communications. Standard message rates may apply.
• 3. Message Frequency: You may receive approximately 2–6 SMS messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your level of engagement with our services.
• 4. Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and location.
• 5. Opt-In Methods: You can opt in via the following methods: by submitting an online form on our website or by providing your phone number directly to a Zeyron representative and confirming your consent to receive SMS communications.
• 6. Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume receiving texts, reply START.
• 7. Help: If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@zeyron.us.

Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site and Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from the Site without prior written consent
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Site

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zeyron makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content or information on the Site.

Zeyron does not guarantee that any candidate will secure employment or that any employer will find a suitable candidate through our Services. Outcomes depend on a variety of factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeyron and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or personal losses, even if Zeyron has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Zeyron's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Zeyron in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeyron and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Site or Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any content or Submission you provide to Zeyron
• Any misrepresentation made by you

Zeyron reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Termination

Zeyron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to Zeyron.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York. By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

Zeyron reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice such as an email notification or a prominent announcement on the Site.
